Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the garment remains protected during transit.

  Ship to the Forge

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
